Jeremy Curry, a close friend, expressed deep sorrow in a heartfelt Facebook post on December 5, sharing a photo of them smiling together and urging people to keep Singh’s family and fiancée in their thoughts. Curry also announced a memorial service to be held on December 14 at the Chapel of the Chimes in Hayward.
Singh’s fiancée confirmed the tragic news to People, revealing that he had been experiencing health issues for some time. Investigators currently suspect natural causes contributed to his sudden death. The America’s Got Talent team paid tribute on social media, stating: “He brought joy and laughter to so many, and his incredible talent will be missed.”
Singh shared stages with comedy veterans such as Dave Chappelle, Jo Koy, and Russell Peters, while regularly touring with stars like Anjelah Johnson and Aries Spears. In 2015, Singh embarked on a successful 14-city international tour, with seven sold-out shows in the United Kingdom and four in India. His TV appearances included Gabriel Iglesias’ Stand-Up Revolution, Starz, and Fox. Singh’s last performance occurred on November 2, 2023, in Manteca, California.
