Paras Thakur introduced the “1000 Days Concept,” highlighting the importance of onboarding in retention, while Ruthi Phazang emphasized classroom training for keeping employees motivated. Meghali Kumar discussed how global compensation trends influence Gen Z’s decisions, while affirming India’s position as a culturally rich, growth-oriented work environment.
