Gunjan Kumar, the Cluster General Manager of Hotel Polo Towers Group, expressed delight in continuing this historic ritual. Vikalp Suman, the hotel’s Food & Beverage Manager, highlighted the event’s significance as a festive season favorite, expressing gratitude to guests for their participation.
The ceremony featured the traditional mixing of exotic spices, nuts, and dried fruits into a luxurious batter. Guests enjoyed a festive atmosphere filled with holiday tunes, decorations, and the warm hospitality characteristic of the season. Additionally, attendees savored a variety of sweet and savory treats, including freshly baked Christmas delicacies.
Looking ahead, Hotel Polo Towers has an exciting lineup of events to celebrate the season. Highlights include a Wine and Dine Gala Dinner on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day at Three 81 Restaurant, complemented by live music. Guests can also enjoy a live performance by the Souls Band at Sky Grill & Bar on December 24th, 25th, and New Year’s Eve.
Further festivities include a spectacular Gala Dinner on New Year’s Eve, showcasing over 60 dishes crafted by Executive Chef Prasar, paired with cocktails and live music.
