Heartbreaking Collision in Tamil Nadu: Two Trains Crash, 12 Coaches Derailed, Many Injured

Stalin. The Southern Railway has arranged MTC buses to transport stranded passengers to Chennai Central, enabling their onward journeys.
An investigation has been initiated by the Commissioner of Railway Safety, with a dedicated committee probing the incident. In light of the collision, Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw is overseeing the response from the railway war room in Delhi, ensuring the safe transport of all passengers.

Reports indicate the crew encountered a severe jolt as the train entered a loop line at approximately 8:30 PM, leading to the collision. Senior railway officials, including the Southern Railway General Manager, are en route to the site to supervise rescue and recovery efforts.
